Depending on Customer requirements Varennatech offers to organize the supply of equipment and materials at various terms in accordance with Incoterms 2010:
Category: E — Departure:
EXW. Ex Works (insert named place of delivery): this rule may be used irrespective of the mode of transport selected and may also be used where more than one mode of transport is employed. It is suitable for domestic trade, while FCA is usually more appropriate for international trade.
Category: F — Main Carriage Unpaid:
FCA. Free Carrier (insert named place of delivery): this rule may be used irrespective of the mode of transport selected and may also be used where more than one mode of transport is employed.
FAS. Free Alongside Ship (insert named port of shipment): this rule is to be used only for sea or inland waterway transport.
FOB. Free On Board (insert named port of shipment): this rule is to be used only for sea or inland waterway transport.
Category C — Main Carriage Paid:
CFR. Cost and Freight (insert named port of destination): this rule is to be used only for sea or inland waterway transport.
CIF. Cost, Insurance and Freight (insert named port of destination): this rule is to be used only for sea or inland waterway transport.
CPT. Carriage Paid To (insert named place of destination): this rule may be used irrespective of the mode of transport selected and may also be used where more than one mode of transport is employed.
CIP. Carriage and Insurance Paid to (insert named place of destination): this rule may be used irrespective of the mode of transport selected and may also be used where more than one mode of transport is employed.
Category D — Arrival:
DAP (Delivered at Place): this rule may be used irrespective of the mode of transport selected and may also be used where more than one mode of transport is employed.
DAT (Delivered at Terminal): this rule may be used irrespective of the mode of transport selected and may also be used where more than one mode of transport is employed.
DDP. Delivered Duty Paid (insert named place of destination): this rule may be used irrespective of the mode of transport selected and may also be used where more than one mode of transport is employed.
